Laura and Dean McDonald founded LDM Property Care & Maintenance in 2025, after Dean spent many years working in the trade industry for other businesses. With a strong background in plumbing and hands-on experience across a wide range of trades, Dean decided it was time to offer a reliable, honest property maintenance service to the Central Coast community he calls home.

Dean is the face behind the tools. Having worked both on the tools and within the corporate side of the trade industry, he understands that quality work isn’t just about getting a job done; it’s about safety, reliability, clear communication, and doing things properly the first time. Having this experience and foresight gives clients peace of mind, whether it’s a small job around the home or ongoing property maintenance.

Outside of work, Dean is a true Coastie who enjoys surfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. The same simple lifestyle that many Central Coast locals value and work hard to enjoy.​

LDM Property Care & Maintenance specialises in garden and lawn care, property maintenance, and general handyman services, helping with everyday tasks such as lawn mowing, weeding, fixing fly screens, hanging curtains, pressure cleaning, and building small garden features.
